Conference fee

The fee for paying in KRW is determined based on the March 20, 2024 currency exchange rate.
If a non-ITS member registers with an ITS member fee, the manager may request the participant to cancel and re-register with a non-ITS member fee.

Cancellation & refund policy

Participants can cancel their registration subject to the following:

Before 1 May 2024 : The paid registration fee will be fully refunded after the cancellation fee (50$) is deducted.
From 1 May ~ 31 May 2024 : 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded after the cancellation fee (50$) is deducted.
From 1 June 2024 ~ : Paid registration fee cannot be refunded.

Please note all refunds will be made after the conference.

Legal basis

Organizers of the conference are Korea University, KAIST, and Korea Media Management Association.
The organizers and their authorized representatives cannot be held liable for any damages, of whatever nature or loss of goods.
Nor can they be held for any damages arising from any other defects in the accommodation or the surrounding grounds, any damage to goods or persons arising from any cause whatsoever.
Korean law is applicable.
